  They are helpful on the phone. They seem to stock a wide range of products at competitive prices. Have used them twice in last few months to source new parts for CH system. Whilst I am a layman (not a plumber), they always give me sound advice and I would not hesitate to recommend them

  Thank you for excellent service! I recently put in a very difficult sourcing order for a Matki shower screen issue. It took many hours researching and contact with Matki themselves by one of your team, Alan Mace, Asst Mgr in the New Milton branch. He not only researched and sourced the obscure part I needed, but then somehow managed to get Matki to send me the replacement part direct, free of charge, and then he sourced the replacement rubber seals (paid for) which were sent to me all within a couple of days. Please send my heartfelt thanks to Alan for all his work. He is a credit to your company, and I will definitely recommend CPS to all who ask.
